I'm Katie McFarland, the founder and owner of Blue Ridge Concierge, and I'm proud to call Charlottesville my hometown.
With a passion for travel running deep in my veins, I've dedicated myself to the art of hospitality and unique experiences. My journey began as a property manager for a luxury estate, where I realized guests visiting the area need a local connection with expert knowledge of the best our area has to offer.
Blue Ridge Concierge came from a dream of crafting unforgettable vacation services and curated recommendations for visitors to the Charlottesville area.
We have spent years curating relationships with the best local businesses in the greater Charlottesville area. We know all the vineyards, restaurants, hiking trails, massage therapists, bakeries, and hidden gems because we’ve been enjoying them ourselves for over 30 years. That truly local expertise is the foundation of Blue Ridge Concierge and why we love creating epic vacations and memorable experiences.
We are based in Charlottesville, but as with most Charlottesville locals, our knowledge and experience includes Crozet, Staunton, Nelson County, Keswick, Gordonsville, Free Union, Ruckersville, and beyond. We work with many properties in the surrounding counties and stay up-to-date on new businesses and attractions to ensure our guests get the absolute best experiences.
